A/V Budget Calculation Steps:

Step 1:  Identify the Conference Rooms & Unified Communications options

To accurately build a budget, you should determine the number of conference rooms, their approximate size, and their functions.  Huddle Rooms and Main Conference Rooms are each different but all should have the same UCaaS setup.
