How to approach a Collaboration Solution
We are often asked how to begin a Collaboration project and if the client we are working with is in a “unique” situation not seen before? Luckily, we’ve assisted more clients with “unique” requirements however they all have the same goal; maximize collaboration across their organization.
At Macronet Services we have broken out the categories for a successful collaboration solution in three core categories:
Design – Globally standardized AV hardware and software
- Since the early 1990’s enterprise organizations have been trying to implement a unified communications platform that has the same user experience across every conference room globally
- Legacy AV hardware with proprietary codecs are a way of the past
- Leveraging platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams our clients are able to use a PC or Mac as the CODEC in the conference room and deliver a one-touch join meeting experience for any end-user on any device
- We help our clients realize this vision of unified communications by designing our AV Solutions to enable the most efficient user experience and scalability
- We allow for our clients to be able to actively monitor and support enterprise collaboration rooms from anywhere around the globe
- Through the Virtual Reality AV Design software from DGI Communications you can visualize the AV Design before we implement the solution into the room
- Our AV Design team will ensure that we are using the most reliable and trusted technologies to help minimize
- Having a single team to implement AV across all your offices will ensure the AV hardware is wired and programmed the same
- Global AV Integration installation is done through the DGI Communications team for the U.S. and Canada, APAC we leverage Vega and SLX is used in EMEA
- We have many successful enterprise clients who have completed these installations and are happily up and running on Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms globally
- We have trusted AV Hardware partners that are uniquely positioned to help your organizations succeed ensuring that your conference rooms look good, sound good, and function reliably
Support
- Supporting a conference room can be a complex endeavor for any experienced IT Organization
- The DGI Communications team can be your end-user support for proactively monitoring the health of you AV Environment and ensuring all rooms are up and running on a daily basis
